Are your 4th party Transformers figures officially licensed?
Our 4th party Transformers are high-quality collector’s items produced by independent studios (like DX9 and Black Mamba) that reinterpret classic designs with premium materials and engineering. While not officially licensed by Hasbro/Takara, these pieces are crafted specifically for adult collectors who appreciate intricate detailing and superior articulation.
How do I know if a figure is in stock?
All available products are listed as “In Stock” on their product pages. For pre-order items, we clearly display estimated arrival dates. Due to the limited-run nature of many collectibles (especially from studios like FansToys and APC Toys), we recommend ordering promptly when items appear in stock.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While you can checkout as a guest, we recommend creating an account to:

Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping methods do you offer?
We provide two collector-grade shipping options:
  1. Standard Express ($12.95 flat rate): DHL/FedEx with 10-15 day delivery, full tracking, and insurance
  2. Free Collector’s Shipping (orders >$50): EMS with 15-25 day delivery and basic tracking
Both methods feature our signature double-boxed packaging with protective materials.
Why don’t you ship to certain Asian regions?
Due to regional distribution agreements held by some manufacturers (particularly for Bandai and official Transformers products), we’re contractually limited from shipping to select Asian markets. This ensures fair business practices for local retailers in those regions.
How are fragile items like resin statues packaged?
Premium collectibles receive specialized packaging:
  • Double-walled corrugated outer box
  • Custom foam inserts for delicate parts (e.g., Azure Sea Studios wings)

Returns & Warranty

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date for unopened items in original packaging. Due to the collectible nature of our products:
  • Opened items may only be returned if defective

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

What if my figure arrives damaged?
Despite our protective packaging, if damage occurs:

Standard Express shipments include insurance – we’ll coordinate repairs/replacements accordingly. For Free Collector’s Shipping, coverage is limited to manufacturing defects.
Do you offer manufacturer warranties?
Most third-party manufacturers provide 90-day warranties against manufacturing defects. We act as liaison between collectors and studios (like FansToys or APC Toys) for warranty claims. Documentation of defects must be submitted within 14 days of discovery.
